Yeah, fandom just HATES the idea of Kory having sex with two guys.

somehow between then and now, this idea went from everyone all for it to “they made starfire into a slut” and “the boys are raping her” and “she should wear more clothes” and “she doesn’t look happy enough” and “remember when she was so cute and affectionate and wore nothing but a dude’s shirt and loved to be naked? I miss that so much, i can’t believe she’s actually straight up asking boys for sex instead of being their naive sex object”

is it because jason is in the middle in this picture or…? So jason can have them both and it’s wonderful and hot but if Starfire gets them both…?

I love this picture by the way, but since it was mentioned I’ll go ahead and state some of my issues with the comic for a bit and probably my issues with some of the other comics. Feel free to correct me since I haven’t been completely following continuity.

I didn’t like how they explained that Starfire can’t tell humans apart, I felt it was a cheap way of brushing off years of backstory with her, dick greyson, and the rest of the titans. She doesn’t remember ANYONE? I honestly feel it takes a lot away from her character and sort of stunts her from getting any actual development, I do hope I’m wrong.

For the sex thing, honestly don’t care. I WANT a threesome dammit! It’s before, when she is introduced and the bikini that bother me. I mean, granted, she is a sexy character and I wouldn’t be so bothered of this, if it, and some other series, weren’t obviously “pandering to the straight male” community. (I’ll leave links to articles I found that better express some of my points at the end.) Instead of going forward, it feels like DC is trying to get back to the 90’s at times with it’s art style and “New, darker, edgier, SEXIER, plots.”

I really hope that they end up doing more with her, because I so want to fall in love with this comic.
